- Stepless adjustment, 078s implements a stepless adjustment mechanism allowing for the ultimate espresso dialling in experience
- Sculptor 078s is designed primarily for espresso, but still has the capability to produce some of the best coarse grinds for the money.
- Adjustable RPM, a slower RPM has been shown to reduce fines and Sculptor 078 allows you to fine tune your grind speed to optimise your grind size distribution.
- Magnetic grind cup and hopper lid for ease of use.
